Oversized Frames

The artist created this piece using two 4 foot by 8 foot panels. We attached them from behind and added a support structure to the back of the pieces.

The welded steel ‘floater’ frame was built to create the impression that the piece is floating  on the wall. The frame doesn’t cover the edges of the painting.

We used specialty hardware to install it over a shuffleboard table on a raw brick wall.
