Frames for Baseball Bats

Shadowbox frames are used for three dimensional pieces. The piece appears to ‘float in the frame’. Both two and three-dimensional work can be framed using this technique.

Shadowboxes are built using a deep moulding for the frame and creating spacers to hold the glass or plexiglas (acrylic) up off of the art. The backing can be plain museum board or board wrapped with fabric.
